When will my product ship?
Please allow 3 - 5 business days for order processing.

How long for the item to arrive?
We ship from multiple fulfillment locations.  Most come from overseas.  As a guide, expect:

  • Approximately 2-4 weeks for delivery to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand and the European Union.
  • Approximately 2-6 weeks for delivery to the rest of the world.

At times, there are issues that arise that delay shipping.  Most packages will arrive within the timeline, however we cannot guarantee a delivery date.

What if I want to cancel my order?
If you want to cancel your order, you may do so within 12 hours of ordering.  Send an email to support@thepandalife.com with subject line “CANCEL” and include your order number.  We will cancel your order without penalty if done properly within 12 hours.

What do I do with item that arrived damaged? 
Sometimes due to the nature of shipping, items can get damaged.  We attempt to minimize this with appropriate packaging.  If you receive a damaged item, email us at support@thepandalife.com and include your order number along with pictures showing the damage.  Once we process this damage item notification, we will send out a replacement product or refund your money.
